OUR DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY
All Goods, except for any personalised and / or made to measure Goods, may be returned within 14 days from you receiving them. For our full returns policy please refer to sections 8 to 10 of our Terms and Conditions of Sale. As a brief overview and subject to our full terms of sale:
All Goods must be returned unused and in the original packaging.
Only items purchased directly from the Overfinch online Store can be returned.
You must contact our Parts Department either by telephone on: +44 (0) 3330 063 083 or via email: [email protected]. They will provide you with further return instructions and a unique returns number.
Terms & Conditions of Website Purchases
These are the Standard Conditions of Sale applicable to products shown on the pages of our online store on www.overfinch.com that you selected to purchase (the “Goods”).
Order
1.1 You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the terms of any order you submit and for giving us any necessary information relating to the Goods in sufficient time to enable us to perform our obligations in accordance with these terms.
1.2 No order shall be deemed to be accepted by us unless and until it is confirmed by email or in writing by us as having been despatched from our warehouse and payment has been made. We reserve the right to reject any order.
1.3 Any advice or recommendation given on this website or otherwise given to you by us, or any of our employees or agents, is followed or acted upon entirely at your own risk and, accordingly, we shall not be liable for such advice or recommendation.
Product availability and descriptions
2.1 We take care to ensure that the illustration of colours are correct at the time of their publication. However, the representation of colours on your browser may vary from the actual colours.
2.2 All Goods are subject to availability and continuous development. Their specification can change and may differ from those outlined on this website or in any publication. Further, any representations of colour and / or texture on your browser may differ from the actual colour and / or texture. We reserve the right to remove or discontinue any item at any time.
Errors
Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission on any page of this website or in any sales literature, quotation, price list issued by us shall be subject to correction without any liability on our part.
Price
4.1 The price of the Goods will be the price set out on the relevant page of this website. We reserve the right to change the prices at any time. However, if we accept an order from you, the price for the Goods will be the price set out on the relevant page at the time the order for them is placed.
4.2 Prices for Goods on this website are shown in £ sterling (GBP) and are exclusive of UK VAT and shipping. You will be liable for any import duties and local sales taxes that may be levied in the country of delivery. VAT at the prevailing UK rate will be added to orders that are to be delivered in the EU.
Payment method
5.1 Upon providing us with details of your chosen payment card and submitting an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment card to pay for Goods on the order and authorise us to deduct from the payment card the full price of the Goods and all other payments due such as delivery charges.
5.2 Where Goods are returned to us in accordance with these terms, we will credit the payment card with the appropriate amount in £ sterling (GBP) and, where applicable this will be converted to your home currency at the rate prevailing on the date of the refund by your payment card provider. Overfinch accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of your original order and your refund.
Delivery
6.1 The Goods will be delivered to the address shown for delivery on your order form. Items ordered together might not be despatched together due to constraints of packing or availability.
6.2 We will aim to dispatch Goods within 48 working hours from us receiving your payment for the Goods.
6.3 Whilst every effort is made to deliver the Goods in accordance with the time-scales set out, we do not accept any liability for late delivery of the Goods.
Delivery charges
7.1 In addition to the price of the Goods, a delivery charge will be payable as follows:
The cost of postage and packing per order will vary according to the delivery destination and will be calculated at the checkout. The delivery charge excludes UK VAT (which will be added to appropriate EU orders) and all other local taxes and duties, which you shall be responsible for.
Cancellation
8.1 You may cancel your order without having to give a reason for up to 14 working days after the date upon which you received the Goods, provided that you return the Goods to us within 14 days of receipt in the original condition in which they were received including all packaging, labels and paperwork together with the original delivery note.
8.2 You are not entitled to cancel orders for Goods that have been personalised or made-to-order, or which are damaged after delivery (except where the goods are faulty).
8.3 You are responsible for the return delivery costs.
Return of faulty or incorrect Goods
If your item appears to be defective, faulty or incorrect please contact the Parts Department prior to returning it on telephone number: +44 (0) 333 063 083 or via email to [email protected] and we will advise how to proceed with the issue.
Returns Process
10.1 To register your return with us whether this is a return pursuant to clause 8 or 9, please contact our Parts Department on +44 (0) 333 063 083 or via email to [email protected], for further instructions and a returns number (also referred to as an ‘ARN’).
10.2 Once we have received and inspected the Goods, we will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction. If an electronic refund is not possible, we will process your refund by cheque. All refunds shall be made in £ sterling (GBP).
10.3 Please note that original delivery charges and any costs incurred to return your order will only be refunded in instances where the Goods are accepted to be faulty or incorrect. However, please note that we will not accept liability for any returns shipping costs you incur which our Parts Department have not previously agreed in writing to cover.
10.4 Please allow up to 14 days from us receiving your returned Goods for your refund to be processed.
10.5 For your protection we recommend using a tracked delivery service in order to return any Goods to us as we will not be responsible for returned Goods that are lost or damaged in transit.
10.6 YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS ARE NOT AFFECTED BY THESE TERMS.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by English law and we both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Alternative Dispute Resolution (‘ADR’)
ADR is a process where an independent body considers the facts of a dispute and seeks to resolve it without you having to go to court. If you are not happy with how we have handled any complaint, you may want to contact the ADR provider we use. You can submit a complaint to the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform.
